If you’re ready to move forward with a project, you’ll find information on required review processes and can conveniently submit your completed application online.

To find the zoning district for a piece of property, search for a property by name, address or tax key (note that the "name" search is not always reliable). Once your property is found, click on the "Layer List" icon in the top right corner (it looks like a stack of papers). Scroll down and click the box "Local Zoning."

Applications and items requiring Plan Commission review must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. four weeks prior to the meeting.
