ANNUAL NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

ZONING NOTIFICATION LIST

This notice is posted on the Town’s website each September in accordance with Wis. Stats. §§ 60.61(4)(f) and 62.23(7)(d)4.

The Town of Trenton wishes to inform all property owners and residents that the Town maintains a list of persons who have submitted requests to receive notice of any proposed zoning action that would affect the allowable use of their property. Property owners and residents may add their names to the list at any time by contacting the Town Administrator.

Notices can be provided by mail or in any reasonable form that is agreed to by the person and the town board, including electronic mail, voice mail, or text message. The Town may charge each person on the list who elects to receive the notice by first class mail the cost of the mailing.
