The Zoning Hub Portal is your guide to understanding and navigating the Town of Trenton's zoning code. You can explore key parts of our zoning regulations and access specific zoning details for any parcel by clicking on the interactive zoning map or using the property search. If you’re ready to move forward with a project, you’ll find information on required review processes and can conveniently submit your completed application online.
Note that this portal is under active development. All content provided in the portal is for informational purposes only, and may be incomplete. Users should consult the Zoning Administrator with questions or comments.
Town of Trenton Local Zoning is available on the County GIS mapping system
To find the zoning district for a piece of property, search for a property by name, address or tax key (note that the "name" search is not always reliable). Once your property is found, click on the "Layer List" icon in the top right corner (it looks like a stack of papers). Scroll down and click the box "Local Zoning."
